Traditional Mexican

Traditional Mexican (1/28/19)

When learning to cook in the Yucatan, it seems ridiculous to skip over the intricacies of traditional Mexican food, which acts as the basis for most of the dishes in daily cuisine. From the streets of Mexico City, to the Mountains of Oxaca, the cuisine is a great scope of tradition, fusion, and flavor. Influences from the French and Spanish have now been incorporated over a long period of time, making Mexican cuisine its own very special treasure. In this class, we will teach you how to make the best tortillas, and precious other basics of the traditional Mexican food world. This is a very important foundational class.
